With all this miserable rain, it's so easy to retreat to indoors and become a reclose. I for one, am not digging the lingering orange peel on my thighs one little bit, so I am kick-starting a health regime! I love to feel fit and healthy (I have a Personal Training and Nutrition background), but like everyone else these wicked UK Winters keep me snuggled up on the couch eating comfort food more often than necessary!
Along with sticking to a well-rounded diet, I've mixed up my gym work-out incorporating yoga with resistance training. And I can tell you that for the past two weeks I've been waddling around like I've got a carrot shoved up my backside and I'm pretty sure I can see that orange peel f*^king right off already! BONUS TIPS: Cut the carbonated drinks, up the H2O and give yourself a firm massage on your lumpy bits as often as possible!
